Подключи ESP32-DIV к компьютеру кабелем USB-C (кабель должен быть с данными, не «только зарядка»).
Нажми «Установить» и выбери последовательный порт устройства.
Согласись стереть и прошить. Через минуту устройство загрузится с ESP32-Leshy.
Connect the ESP32-DIV to your computer with a USB-C data cable (not charge-only).
Click Install and pick the device's serial port.
Approve erase & flash. In a minute the board boots ESP32-Leshy.

⚠️ Появилось «Installation failed» / «Failed to initialize»? Плата не вошла в режим прошивки сама — введи её вручную по схеме:

⚠️ Got "Installation failed" / "Failed to initialize"? The board didn't enter flash mode on its own — do it by hand, as shown:

① зажми BOOT (сверху-слева) и держи → ② нажми «Установить», выбери порт → ③ отпусти BOOT, когда ▶ пошла полоса заливки. Не заходит — добавь BOOT+RESET, но BOOT не отпускай.

① hold BOOT (top-left) → ② click Install, pick the port → ③ release BOOT when ▶ the progress bar moves. Stuck? add BOOT+RESET, keeping BOOT held.

На плате: BOOT — сверху слева, RESET — сверху справа. Третья кнопка (снизу справа) — питание, для прошивки не нужна.
Кабель USB-C — с данными (не «только зарядка»); закрой монитор порта в IDE (в CLion — вкладка Deploy/Monitor).
Порт не появляется в списке → поставь драйвер CP2102 (Silicon Labs).

On the board: BOOT — top-left, RESET — top-right. The third button (bottom-right) is power — not used for flashing.
Use a USB-C data cable (not charge-only); close any IDE serial monitor (in CLion, the Deploy/Monitor tab).
If the port never appears, install the CP2102 (Silicon Labs) driver.
